Details

  1. Decide on datastore (s3, Aurora, DynamoDB).
  2. Create a http endpoint to get the domain affinities from the above data store.
  3. Create an admin tool to name, create, edit lists of domains.
  4. The Spocs Proxy Server periodically loads lists from the data store into memory.

If we don't get to (3) we can manually update the data store for a period of time.
If we don't get to (4) we can redeploy the Proxy Server every time we need to update domain affinities.
