Steps to reproduce:

Version: 67.0.1 (64-bit), Mozilla Firefox for Ubuntu:

  1. Help > "Restart with Add-ons disabled"
  2. After confirmation dialog, "Start in safe mode" button clicked
  3. Close firefox and run again, or, Help > "Restart with Add-ons enabled"

Actual results:

Popup with message "using an older version of firefox can corrupt bookmarks..." is displayed with "quit" and "create new profile" buttons. Unable to use the existing profile.

Expected results:

The existing profile should be used.
