Current UX:
- User unchecks Recommended by Pocket checkbox (Sponsored Stories still checked & grayed out)
Future UX:
- User unchecks Recommended by Pocket checkbox (Sponsored Stories automatically unchecked & grayed out)
- Later user checks Recommended by Pocket checkbox (Sponsored Stories checked and active)

I have verified that unchecking the Highlights or Recommended by Pocket section will cause the suboptions to become greyed out and no longer actionable on the latest Nightly 69.0a1 (Build ID 20190619095537) on Windows 10, macOS 10.14, and Arch Linux 4.14.3.
