There is extension for this Firefox Lockwise - https://lockwise.firefox.com/
It's probably dupe of bug #1549799, but let developers make decision here.

This article is not about Firefox Lockwise. It's about html password fields with autocomplete="new-password". That's independent of Firefox Lockwise.

It's not independent, as now Firefox Lockwise is build-in and integrated into Mozilla Firefox as new HTML-based login manager. General plan was also to support random password generator on all password fields, not just those using autocomplete="new-password" HTML attribute, which looks like it's already done, see bug #1548391.

It is independent because it has nothing to do with Firefox Lockwise at all. I just wanted to make clear that this comment was wrong:
There is extension for this Firefox Lockwise - https://lockwise.firefox.com/
… because the extension does not contain any password generator.

Ah, true, you're right, nice catch, I'm thinking too much sometimes in 'codenames'.
Firefox Lockwise as extension doesn't have password generator.
Firefox with integrated 'Lockwise' does have password generator.
I hope, I don't make any mistake here now. ;)
Cheers!
