+++ This bug was initially created as a clone of Bug #1441628 +++
As we get closer to the release of ESR68, it's time to create the tracking and status flags.
The tracking flag's values should include 68+ and 69+. It'd be great to have them this week so we can land ESR-specific changes in the mozilla-esr68 repo and let it diverge from mozilla-beta.

We already had a approval-mozilla-esr68 attachment flag, looks like we now have 2 instances of it, which is a bit confusing?
