AFAIK, the wizard conversion shouldn't need any action (possibly test selector adjustments?)

Bug 1554630 is for the <tabs> conversion. I did think they were going to hold off landing that one until after the soft freeze (per Dao's comment in bug 1555060).

Let's see whether backout of M-C rev 8f15ea3b3223c91e84a671b7ad32916d62e1ca84 fixes all tests, including newmailaccount/test-newmailaccount.js which to me doesn't look like anything to do with tabs:
