Details
(Whiteboard: [necko-triaged])
User Agent: Mozilla/5.0 (X11; Linux x86_64; rv:60.0) Gecko/20100101 Firefox/60.0
Steps to reproduce:
Firefox currently supports the configuration of a single DoH server URI only.
This is bad when the single configured DoH server suffers an outage.
For availability reasons Firefox should support the configuration of multiple DoH server URIs and a distribution policy setting (round-robin, active+backup).

This is a significant lack, that's unfortunately limiting the usefulness of Firefox DoH. Pretty odd considering having at least one fallback DNS server is standard in any configuration and considering how much Mozilla seems to want to push and promote this feature.
