Reproducible: always after Session restored
Steps To Reproduce:
- Enable "Restore previous session" in about:preferences
- Open Web page
- Quit and restart
- Wait for previous session restored
- Click on Address Bar
Steps To Reoroduce:
- Open web page
- Restart after update
- Wait for previous session restored
- Click on Address Bar
Actual Results:
Caret blinks at the position of mouse clicked
Expected Results:
Selected whole url in the Addressbar

And also open web page from command line
Steps To Reproduce:
- Make sure that there is no browser instance process
- Run firefox.exe -url https://ftp.mozilla.org/pub/firefox/nightly/
- Wait for page loading
- Click on Address Bar
