Reproducible: always after Session restored

Steps To Reproduce:

  1. Enable "Restore previous session" in about:preferences
  2. Open Web page
  3. Quit and restart
  4. Wait for previous session restored
  5. Click on Address Bar

Steps To Reoroduce:

  1. Open web page
  2. Restart after update
  3. Wait for previous session restored
  4. Click on Address Bar

Actual Results:
Caret blinks at the position of mouse clicked

Expected Results:
Selected whole url in the Addressbar

Bug 1554864 does not fix this issue.

Steps To Reproduce:

  1. Make sure that there is no browser instance process
  2. Run firefox.exe -url https://ftp.mozilla.org/pub/firefox/nightly/
  3. Wait for page loading
  4. Click on Address Bar
Summary: After session restore, browser.urlbar.clickSelectsAll does not work → After session restore OR start with -url command line, browser.urlbar.clickSelectsAll does not work.
