web-platform-tests have been running against GeckoView for a couple of months, and we've found that several tests in this component are unstable and need investigation.

I have disabled a couple more unstable tests based on this try push.

I appreciate the suggestion, bot, but I think it's probably worth going through these and figuring out if there's still some tests we can enable here (or if everything that we can have turned on already is). It's just a matter of carving out the cycles. We'll clear a couple of the NIs, but I'll hold one as a reminder.
