Details
User Agent: Mozilla/5.0 (Windows NT 6.1; Win64; x64; rv:68.0) Gecko/20100101 Firefox/68.0
Steps to reproduce:
Have "Allow Firefox to make personalized extension recommendations" turned off.
Go to Add-ons menu and scroll past the installed add-ons.
Actual results:
It shows Recommended Extensions list.
Expected results:
No recommendations should be shown.
Maybe this setting is meant to not show recommendations while browsing, but it sounds like it should cover any recommendations. I don't want to see them on my installed add-ons page. There is already a menu Recommendations on Add-ons page (which is now redundant).
