User Agent: Mozilla/5.0 (Macintosh; Intel Mac OS X 10.14; rv:68.0) Gecko/20100101 Firefox/68.0
Steps to reproduce:
Prior to update 68.0 on MacOS, I reguarly use two different Firefox profiles simultaneously. I would launch these like so:
/Applications/Firefox.app/Contents/MacOS/firefox -P profileA
/Applications/Firefox.app/Contents/MacOS/firefox -P profileB
Emphasis on simultaneous, as I would have both open at same time.
After the 68.0 update, I can no longer have both open simultaneously. If I have one profile executing, then attempt to open a new browser on the second profile, that will just open a new window on the first already-executing profile.
Actual results:
Initial condition: no Firefox instances executing
/Applications/Firefox.app/Contents/MacOS/firefox -P profileA
Outcome: One new Firefox instance on profile 'profileA'
/Applications/Firefox.app/Contents/MacOS/firefox -P profileB
Outcome: A second window opened on existing Firefox instance on profile 'profileA'
Expected results:
/Applications/Firefox.app/Contents/MacOS/firefox -P profileA
Outcome: One new Firefox instance on profile 'profileA'
/Applications/Firefox.app/Contents/MacOS/firefox -P profileB
*** Outcome: One new Firefox instance on profile 'profileB' ***

I tested this issue on Mac Os X 10.14 with FF 68 release and FF Nightly 70.0a1(2019-07-16) and I was able to reproduce it. This is a regression because I also test it with FF 67 release and I wasn't able to reproduce it.
Dave, can you please take a look?
Note: On Ubuntu 16.04 and Windows 10 this issue is not reproducible with any version, everything works as expected.
