History API not working correctly in Firefox-Dev-Edition 69.0b4 (64-Bit) when responsive mode is active.

Steps to reproduce:

For example visit this history-api-demonstration:

https://css-tricks.com/examples/State/

Open responsive mode.
Click some of the portraits.

Actual results:

  1. back button works, forward doesn't
  2. address bar is not being updated at all (neither when using back nor when clicking the portraits initially)

Expected results:

  1. address bar should update
  2. navigation should work as expected

Doing the same steps while not being in responsive mode produces the exepected result. The issue does not seem to exist in "normal" Firefox (68.0 (64-Bit))
