Steps to reproduce:

Sync with davical server not adding all events and I can't dismiss alarms.
I upgraded TB with Arch Linux.
Thunderbird: 60.8.0
Lightning: 6.2.8
It came as part of Thunderbird and wasn't installed by me

Actual results:

Various entries are not included when refreshing, alarms can't be dismissed without the alarm window showing up again.

I've been using davical as my server and my other clients don't have a problem with the entries.

Expected results:

All of the entries should be added and I should be able to dismiss alarms correctly

Confirmed. TB 60.8.0 on Ubuntu19.04. Lightning 6.2.8.

Suspect this bug is a duplicate of bug 1560151.
