From Bugzilla Helper: User-Agent: Mozilla/5.0 (OS/2; U; Warp 4.5; en-US; rv:1.1a+) Gecko/20020703 BuildID: 2002070308 Mozilla should have an option to switch manually to HTML view. Moreover, it should detect HTML documents and show them as HTML by default. I'd prefer having an ability of switching between text and html views instead of View->Page Source option. For example, this feature is implemented in Links text-browser http://artax.karlin.mff.cuni.cz/~mikulas/links/ Something like 'View->Show Page as HTML' and 'View->Show Page as Text' would be very convenient. Reproducible: Always Steps to Reproduce: 1. Open provided url 2. 3.
> Moreover, it should detect HTML documents and show them as HTML by default. No, it absolutely should not. I want to be able to send data and not have it munged to HTML just because some idiot browser mis-detects it. I agree that having "view as HTML" for documents like this would be nice. To UI design to decide on a UI for it.
