Steps to reproduce:
Open about:addons > themes

Actula Results:
All themes are disabled

Expected Results:
I think that "Default" theme should be enabled

Reproducible: 100%

STR:

  1. Open about:addons > themes
  2. Click [Install Theme] button of Recommended Themes and click [Add] button in door hanger dialog
  3. Click […] meatball menu of the theme and choose "Remove" menuitem, and Click [remove] button in a confirmation dialog

Even if restart browser, the problem persists
