In the flow of information, the page layout is not consistently using subsdquent heading levels, skipping from an h1 to h3 or the like, skipping level 2 headings.
For a best user experience for assistive technologies, a docoument flow with a consistent and logical heading structure is required to meet WCAG 2.1 AA success criteria.

I have verified this issue on Latest Firefox Nightly 71.0a1 (Build ID: 20190902213933) on Windows 10 x64, Mac 10.14.5 and Ubuntu 16.04.
The page layout is consistently using subsequent heading levels, the onboardingContent and trailheadBenefits have the h2 heading tag.
