[Prerequisites]

• Have a new Firefox profile where you are logged into a valid FxA account.
• Have an avatar picture set on the FxA account.

[Steps to reproduce]:

1. Open the latest Nightly browser with the profile from prerequisites.
2. Navigate to "about:logins" page.
3. Refresh the page.
4. Hover the account picture and observe the behavior.

[Expected results]:

• The account picture is correctly displayed.

[Actual results]:

• The default avatar is displayed for a moment when the account picture is hovered.

[Notes]:

• The issue is also reproducible after hover away from the account picture.
• The default avatar is also displayed while the browser is resized.
• The issue is not reproducible when the page is loaded for the first time without refreshing the page.
• Attached a screen recording with the issue.

Can you see if this was fixed now that bug 1583161 has been fixed? I can't reproduce this locally.

I have verified this issue on the latest Nightly 71.0a1 (Build ID: 20191013213650) and on Firefox Beta 70.0b14 (Build ID: 20191010142853) on Windows 10 x64, Mac 10.14, Ubuntu 16 x64.

• This issue is not reproducible anymore.
• The default avatar is no longer wrongly displayed when the account picture is hovered after page refresh.
