Should support SC, TC, JA, KO and EN hand writing IMEs, which is including 
mouse and some hand writing device input.

Steps:
1. Pre-install OfficeXP with hand writing IME.
2. Launch browser, browse a page with some input area, (not in address bar).
3. Put cursor into the input area, select an IME, eg. ShuangPin, etc.
4. Observe if hand writing IME is enabled or not in Language bar.
5. Try to input some characters with hand writing IME.

Yes, right. We don't have problem with non-TSF hand writing IME so far.

I think both roy and me are off mozilla for more than 2 years. If these bugs are
still here now, I think the real stauts is 'won't fix'. If you want to reopen
it, please find a new owner for it first.
