[Prerequisites]:
- Have a Firefox profile with at least one saved login with very long origin.
[Steps to reproduce]:
- Open the browser and navigate to the "about:logins" page.
- Click on a saved login with very long origin.
- Observe the favicon from the left side of the login item title.
[Expected result]:
- The favicon remains at the same size.
[Actual result]:
- The favicon is getting smaller.
[Notes]:
- Attached a screen recording with the issue.

I have verified this issue on the latest Nightly 70.0a1 (2019-08-16) (64-bit) on Windows 10, MacOS 10.14 and Ubuntu 18.04.
- The favicon remains at the same size when saving a login with a very long origin.
