Reproduced the issue using Fx70.0a1 buildID: 20190820215247 - policy field appears as undefined on the DigiCert SHA 2 certificate generated for reddit.com.
The issue is verified using latest Fx71.0a1 on windows 10, ubuntu 18.04 and macOS 10.13. The policy field is no longer displayed.
