[Steps to reproduce]:

  1. Open the latest Nightly browser and navigate to "about:logins" page.
  2. Click the "Create New Login" button.
  3. Enter a valid website and username.
  4. Enter a long password and click the "Save" button.
  5. Observe the password input.

[Expected results]:

  • The password is truncated and the input has the same dimension as the username one.

[Actual results]:

  • The password input expends and the "Copy" button is no longer aligned with the "Copy" button of the username input.

[Regression]

  • Using mozregression tools I have reach out which change introduce this issue:
    • Last good revision: 71c26f3712c6875d73b4f01846f20e098d0c7823

Prom this pushlog it seems that bug 1575910 introduced this issue.

[Notes]:

  • The issue is not reproducible with the username input.
  • Attached a screenshot with the issue.
