Steps to reproduce:
If I look to context menu of an IMAP folder, there's no "Mark all subfolders read".
Actual results:
Expected results:
One can now mark all the IMAP folders tree for entire account.
However, marking only partial tree (i.e., any IMAP folder and all subfolder tree beneath it) as read should also be available (I do not think it's hard to implement now that the entire tree can be marked read).

I'd probably like this if I used subfolders.
