User Agent: Mozilla/5.0 (X11; Linux x86_64; rv:71.0) Gecko/20100101 Firefox/71.0
Steps to reproduce:
- Enable webrender (cannot reproduce with webrender disabled)
- Go to youtube.com and start a video playback
- Do any activity outside of that Firefox instance, or just wait the mouse to disappear while watching the video
Tried on macOS (Macbook Pro 2016) and Archlinux (Nvidia GPU)
Actual results:
Video freezes until the focus is back to the Firefox instance. (Left part of video, Firefox Nightly 71.0a1 (2019-09-12), WR enabled)
Expected results:
Video remains smooth. (Right part of video, Firefox Developer Edition 70.0b5, WR enabled)
