Steps to reproduce:
Open videos on youtube.com or vbox7.com with WebRender enabled.
Actual results:
Videos are choppy on Firefox, possibly since the last Nightly update.
Expected results:
Videos should play okay with enabled WebRender.

When it happens, if i move the mouse it fixes itself for about 5-6 seconds, then again freezes.
