Details
User Agent: Mozilla/5.0 (Windows NT 10.0; Win64; x64; rv:69.0) Gecko/20100101 Firefox/69.0
Steps to reproduce:
I right clicked on a hyperlink (anchor element) to open the context menu
Actual results:
I could not find the option "View background image" in the context menu
Expected results:
I would expect to find "View background image" which I can also find on other elements which feature a background image.
To find the background image I now have to look at the page source. This shouldn't be necessary, and it's somewhat confusing because it is inconsistent.
I know this is a very minor bug, but it's a bug never the less. This option should exist for the same reason that "View background image" exists on other elements.

Hi Meteor0ID!
I was not able to reproduce this issue in latest Nightly version Version 71.0a1 Build ID 20190922213341 using Windows 10
I found this option, "View image info" doing right-click, could it be useful? If not, can you write in more detail the steps to follow and add some screenshot or video that shows the lack of the option that you mentioned?
I also ask you to try to reproduce this behavior using the latest version of Nightly.
You can download Nightly from here: https://nightly.mozilla.org/.
Thanks for your cooperation!
I am talking about style="background-image: url('https://jsfiddle.net/img/favicon.png');" on an anchor tag. The option "view background image" is not offered as context menu option, while on any other tag I checked it is.

I'll add a product and component so the corresponding team can take a look at this.

You have already filed this... bug 1427834. Which was marked as a dupe of bug 287048, which is what'll happen to this one, too.
