STR:
- Set gfx.webrender.all to true and restart Nightly
- Open FPN panel (with FPN turned on) and see the glitchy animation
- Set gfx.webrender.all to false and restart Nightly
- Open FPN panel (with FPN turned on) and see that the animation is no longer glitchy
I'm using Nightly 71.0a1 (2019-09-19) (64-bit) on MacOS 10.14.6

To add some context, "FPN" is the Firefox Private Network addon which can be obtained from here (public version) or here (internal version, requires LDAP credentials). Not sure which version(s) are affected.

I can't reproduce this. Verdi, can you try with a newer Nightly?

I can't reproduce this either anymore. Just tried today with 71.0a1 (2019-10-15) (64-bit)
