RESOLVED DUPLICATE of bug 1550131

User Agent: Mozilla/5.0 (X11; Ubuntu; Linux x86_64; rv:69.0) Gecko/20100101 Firefox/69.0

Steps to reproduce:

You need to install the latest stable release of Firefox. The Password manager has changed to Lockwise. Lockwise was released few months ago and it was optional earlier. I did not wanted to use it as it lacks the 'Master Password' feature. It is major concern for me to store all the passwords like plain text!

I reported on GIthub but i think no one checked that issue list!!
https://github.com/mozilla-lockwise/lockwise-addon/issues/324

Actual results:

Lockwise became the default password manager and it has a security issue, which is it shows all the passwords as plain text. anyone can see all the passwords anytime.

Expected results:

There should be a 'Master password' feature like the one available with the default password manager. I only use Firefox because it offers such a feature, otherwise it is better to use something else.

The new UI is built-in to Firefox 70 and it already supports Master Password so you can uninstall the extension when Fx70 is released.
