Details |
Most android-em tests in CI use version 29.0.11 of the android emulator. There's a new stable version available; we should upgrade if possible (I have not evaluated it).

Also note that android-em xpcshell tests still use an older version, 28.0.25; it would be great if everything could be upgraded to one emulator version.

2.9.21 is out now. Will use that.

The xpcshell tests still have issues with the newer emulator. Only updating the 'new' manifest.
