Steps to reproduce:

1.) Navigate to https://emerge.itglue.com/ on Nightly vs Beta or Release.
2.) Top left logo is displayed incorrectly.
3.) Or alternately navigate to the new bug page and look at the Firefox and Thunderbird logos.
4.) When using Firefox built in screenshot the captures do not display the issue.

Actual results:

1.) Logo should be displayed without distortion and or border issues.

Expected results:

1.) Image displayed correctly.
