Steps to reproduce:

Set "Use Firefox (default)" as the default action for PDFs in the preferences tab.

Actual results:

Opening any PDF resulted in Firefox continually opening this PDF until I restarted Firefox. Switching to "Preview in Firefox" resolved the issue, however firefox will revert back to the default "Use Firefox" action and will trigger the infinite tab bug at random.

Expected results:

One Tab should open.
