https://phabricator.services.mozilla.com/D46232 had both desktop and mobile tests in its wing, but I stuck to desktop only when landing bug 1581580, as there were a few failures on mobile.

The original attempt only included GeckoView and Reference Browser, but we probably want the whole slew of passing geckoview, fennec, fenix, and refbrow tests, here.

Fenix and r-b depend on Bug 1577850.

There's no need to support fennec.

The intention is to run tp6m-1 and tp6m-cold-1 using Browsertime
against the GVE vehicle on integration and try, so as to smoketest the
Browsertime harness as we stabilize it. At the same time, this also
allows try runs against the Fenix and refbrow vehicles.

Try build percolating at https://treeherder.mozilla.org/#/jobs?repo=try&revision=4422ce9c61b0bcb618ca59457fa4d41b58105bab. It's not clear that all of the opt and pgo variants are valuable, but I also couldn't think which I'd prefer: as a developer, I want opt for fast run-arounds on try; as a sheriff, I only care about the numbers for pgo.

The set of tier 3 Raptor jobs looks fine here: https://treeherder.mozilla.org/#/jobs?repo=try&tier=1%2C2%2C3&revision=4422ce9c61b0bcb618ca59457fa4d41b58105bab.

The jobs are orange due (at least) to Bug 1587637 but that doesn't block anything, 'cuz these will be tier 3 initially.
