From Bugzilla Helper:
User-Agent: Mozilla/5.0 (X11; U; Linux i686; en-US; rv:1.0.0) Gecko/20020529
BuildID: 2002052918
If I try to open a .txt.gz file, Mozilla open a window named "Downloading
<filename>" with "Open ..." and "Save ..." buttons.
As I only want to look at this file, which is a gzip text file, I use the
"Advanced ..." feature and choose "Handled by Application".
I described several application; the last one was : "/usr/bin/X11/xterm -e
/bin/zcat %f | /usr/bin/less".
The effect is always the same : the file is stored in my "/tmp" directory.
Notice : Netscape 4.73 allow me to read such a file
Reproducible: Always
Steps to Reproduce:
1.open a directory containing .txt.gz files
2.double-click on one of these files
3.the problem is described above
Actual Results: The selected file is not displayed but stored locally in the
"/tmp" directory.
Expected Results: The content of the file may be displayed
