Affected versions

Affected platforms
- Windows 10, macOS 10.13, Ubuntu 16.04.
Steps to reproduce
- Launch FIrefox, open DevTools - Network monitor tab;
- Block any request;
- Click on the Timings tab;
Expected result
- a message such as "No timings available for this request" is displayed such as the case for the Respons, Params tabs;
Actual result
- Timings section is empty;
Regression range
- not a regression, visible after implementation of Bug 1151368;
- Pushlog URL
