Details

Both aws-provisioner and the GCP provider have a way to provide config to the workers that are started. The AWS provider should have the same support.

The lack of this makes working around Bug 1588624 tricky, for example.

We discussed this bug a bit with bstack, and he took it on himself to check and follow up with Tom on this

I think those two together will fix this. Once we land them we can bake new ami.
