The First Run onboarding triplets that are shown at the top of about:newtab are currently static/fixed and the exact same three cards are shown to all users. Making the cards shown depend upon various behavioural factors should improve the cards' relevance to users and thereby improve the overall experience.

We have finished testing the Onboarding framework RELEASE experiment.

QA’s recommendation: GREEN - SHIP IT

Reasoning:

• No new issues have been uncovered during testing, and the known issues encountered are minor and do not have a high impact on the user experience (Bug 1598597, Bug 1599812, Bug 1602002).
