User Agent: Mozilla/5.0 (Windows NT 10.0; Win64; x64; rv:71.0) Gecko/20100101 Firefox/71.0
Steps to reproduce:
Installed Firefox Beta 71 B3
Previously had webrender enabled manually.
Freezes while navigating sites with video / 10 - 20 second page freezes with white screen.
Machine specs (Yes this is an older machine, but this was working well on Beta 70):
- Core i3-2330M
- Intel HD 3000 graphics.
- 15.5" screen
Actual results:
Browser freeze ups and white screens displayed until I click around the screen randomly.
Expected results:
Pages should have loaded without freezing.

Deduping until the cause is determined to be the same.

To confirm, you had WebRender enabled before and after and performance got much worse? Are you able to find a regression window using https://mozilla.github.io/mozregression/?
