When navigating to another document and with persisting logs, the console display the URL of the document we navigate to.
When target-switching preference is enable, since bug 1592363, we no longer see this message. We shouls re-introduce them.

I think the situation changed a bit since the initial patch was proposed at https://phabricator.services.mozilla.com/D51631
While testing locally with Fission enabled, we receive properly the will-navigate event from the BrowsingContextTargetFront when navigating between two different domains. So right now, with fission.autostart and target-switching enabled, we see the "Navigated to" messages correctly.
I think this should be blocked on Bug 1632141, where we might decide what to do with navigate and will-navigate events.
