"An account with that user name and server already exists. Please enter a
different user name and/or server name."
You can not create multiple mail accounts with the same user name and server,
even if the ports are different such as could often be the case when using SSH
tunnels to secure your transmission.
If it is strongly felt that this check should be made, perhaps the port number
should be included.
Reproducible: Always
Steps to Reproduce:
1. Create a mail account with the username "test", server "localhost", port "60000"
2. Create a second mail account with the username "test", server "localhost",
port "60001"
Actual Results: Dialog: An account with that user name and server already
exists. Please enter a different user name and/or server name.
Expected Results: Allow the account to be created.
