[Spin-off of the discussion in bug 78201 ("[BiDi]:Arabic 2 byte fonts don't seem to render")] RFE: Add a new X11 encoding for fonts which represent a single unicode block and do not have any other lanuage/locate specific encoding scheme in X11 yet (see http://bugzilla.mozilla.org/show_bug.cgi?id=78201#c35).
I 'm not sure if I should assign this to shanjian or simon. i'll try shanjian since it's font related.
