Steps to reproduce:
I installed the Nightly build to try WebRender on the Intel device.
But in about:support
it says: blocked-device-too-old by env: Device too old

Microsoft Surface Pro 7 seems to use this, for example.
Confirmed, WebRender is not enabled by default for this GPU/APU.
Current maximum is Intel Gen9. (bug 1547702) Gen10 and Gen11 are not listed on the whitelist:

Please open about:config, set gfx.webrender.all to true to force-enable WebRender and restart Firefox.
