Details

Do a code review of the code living in directory mail/extensions/openpgp prior to shipping it in a release, and prior to enabling it by default.

I went though a lot of the Enigmail that we've imported.
A lot of it has been removed, or disabled, or cannot currently be reached, because we it's not hooked up from UI.
We'd like enable the code in nightly, without having done a full review of all of the remaining code yet.
