We need to make sure that vision simulation works well across OOP frames and is applied on all documents (in or out of process).

Blocks enabling Fission in Nightly (M6).

Fission Milestone: --- → M6

Tested and it works across processes. No changes needed. Looks like transformation matrix is applied at the compositor level.
