The attached testcase renders very slowly and spends a lot more time in spending than would be justified.
This happens both with and without WebRender.

Our background-clip:text implementation doesn't integrate with the display list very well, so has a lot of known correctness and performance issues.
Setting P3 for now, since I think we'll likely have to rewrite most of it, and we don't have time right now.
