Then Mozilla no longer responds to clicks over some buttons (e.g., Back, menus of the menu bar, tabs). Reproducible: Always Steps to Reproduce: 1. Open a web page containing title attributes, e.g. http://bugzilla.mozilla.org/show_bug.cgi?id=159925 2. On the above web page, move the mouse over "bug 38966" and immediately click with the right button (before the tooltips appears). 3. When the tooltip appears over the menu, click on it (before it disappears). Actual Results: Mozilla no longer responds to some clicks until the next tooltip appears. Expected Results: IMHO, the tooltip shouldn't have even appear over the menu. This bug can cause data loss, as it may be difficult to make a tooltip appear again (in particular because the Back button doesn't work any longer).
