Assigning to appropriate parties/component.
So, the request is specifically that in the *Mozilla* builds, we should not be including a menu item to point users to the help resources on netscape.com. Vera? (This menu item, of course, should remain in the commercial builds.)
I'm not sure who makes such decisions for Mozilla, but the appropriate parties, whoever they may be, need to decide what if anything should be in the Mozilla Help menu. This may or may not include end-user help. If it does, I can offer sanitized versions of my Help files, which I can update periodically as my time allows, and/or hand off to a volunteer (the latter is, of course, preferred!). If the Mozilla powers-that-be don't want a pointer to Netcenter, then they should remove it and also check other items in the Help menu; most of them point to various pages located at Netcenter.

So what should i do with the help menu? Should i rip it all out or not?
Here's a suggestion: Take everything out except for "Release Notes" (which should point to the latest version), and the "About." The URL for the M10 release notes (the latest) is: http://www.mozilla.org/projects/seamonkey/release-notes/m10.html
...and ONLY on the public Mozilla builds, please! (e.g. Commercial builds should remain unchanged)

Confirmed that the Help menu exclusively contains "Release Notes" and "About" (excluding platform-specific menus on Mac OS.)
