User Agent: Mozilla/5.0 (Windows NT 10.0; Win64; x64; rv:70.0) Gecko/20100101 Firefox/70.0
Steps to reproduce:
Browse with firefox for a few hours
Actual results:
Text starts appearing on some pages with weird colors (some times pink or green).
Some times images also display weird colored artifacts. The problem often goes away on its own.
Expected results:
The text color should match the rest of the page styling.

Not even the address bar is safe, it seems.
After alternating focus to another application, editing the image and going back to firefox the tab showed the text coloring normally.

Thank you. If I'm not mistaken, that shows a WebRender error, so triaging accordingly so that someone will have a look.
Can you update your graphics card driver? Your current driver is dated 2017-04-24 but from what I can see, the latest for your card was released 2019-11-18.
