Details
This can be reproduced in OS X.
STR:
- Have two Firefox Nightly windows, plus another application open.
- Open a youtube page in one of the windows, and make it maximized by pressing the green button (which switches you into the full-screen desktop).
- Play the video and press the PiP button.
- Use Cmd+Tab to switch to another application (which would cause you to switch back to the non-full-screen desktop).
- Now the PiP window remains stuck on the full-screen desktop and you can't see it any more.
- Use the touchpad to swipe right to that desktop, and see the PiP window there.
- Now swipe back on the touchpad to the non-full-screen desktop. This time the PiP window moves back.

Ehsan, is this still reproducible for you? I followed the steps on MacOS but the PiP window now follows with the desktop (thanks to Mike).
