Steps to reproduce:
- Play video in Picture-in-Picture mode.
- Switch to desktops with your mouse or press Ctrl+Alt+Left or Right Arrow Keys or switch Firefox window.
Actual results:
The Picture-in-Picture window in every Desktop or Firefox window I switch to.
Expected results:
The Picture-in-Picture window should stay in one Desktop only or in one Firefox window.

I've disabled "show windows in all desktops," so it's can't be that.
