Steps to reproduce:

When i created a new bookmark folder using the "Star" icon beside the search box, i cannot edit the name of the bookmark as it shows "New Folder" and when i started to type it deselects it. i will have to then go to "Show All Bookmarks" (Ctrl+Shift+B) to change the name of the bookmark folder

Actual results:

When i clicked "New Folder", it deselects almost instantly and i cannot edit the bookmark folder name and it remains as "New Folder".

Expected results:

I am able to edit as i want and deselect it when i am done.

Bugbug thinks this bug should belong to this component, but please revert this change in case of error.
