[Steps to reproduce]:

1. Open the Firefox browser with the profile from prerequisites.
2. Type "firefox refresh" string in the Address Bar.
3. Resize the browser to the minimum width.
4. Observe the text and the main button.

[Expected result]:

• The text and the button are correctly displayed.

[Actual result]:

• The text and the “Refresh Firefox…” button are cut off and they are not fully visible.

[Notes]:

• The main button is not cut off on Firefox Beta 72.0b8, but if the Quantum bar is enabled the button will be cut off.
• This issue is reproducible for all Intervention cards.
• Attached a screen recording with the issue.

I'm not sure what to do about this. In the screencast, the other text in the popup is cut off too except the search suggestions, which are faded out. I guess it's a question for Verdi though. I don't think this should block the experiments.

Dropping to P3 because this is a minor issue and we'll likely end up shipping the experiments with it.

The experiments have both shipped with this, so we don't need to track this for them anymore. This bug also potentially applies to search tips and interventions in update 1, but they both look good when I test on Windows and Mac and shrink the window width as much as possible. iirc there was another bug where we changed the min width of the window, and judging by the video in comment 0, the min width is larger than it was before. So since this bug doesn't affect update 1 either, I'll close it.

I have verified this issue using the Firefox Release 79.0 (Build ID: 20200720193547), Firefox Beta 80.0b2 (Build ID: 20200730152159), Firefox Nightly 81.0a1 (Build ID: 20200802214843) on Windows 10 x64, Ubuntu 20.04, and Mac 10.15.

• The text and the main button from the Intervention cards are no longer cut off when the browser is resized to its minimum.
